Humans make up the majority of the population in the Jail. They lack any abilities that allow them to fight Marchens or Nightmares, so they must rely on the Blood Maidens to keep them safe and bring new humans back to the Liberated District.
Within the Liberated District or the New Liberated District, they operate the laboratory, the blood weapon factory, the rescue center, and the general store.
