Massacre Pink (Japanese: ジェノサイド・ピン, Jenosaido pinku), otherwise known as the Execution Girls (Japanese: 処刑 台 少女, Shokeidai shōjo) are the primary antagonists of Mary Skelter: Finale. They are a group of murderous individuals who rule over the surface and the Jails that exist on the surface.

In the prequel novel for Mary Skelter: Finale, it is established that Massacre Pink was originally the name for a collective group of Blood Maidens who existed on the surface and protected humans from Marchens[1]. The Execution Girls came to be after Yuto Gato encountered Guillotine as an infant, and noted that she appeared to have mimicked the execution device of the same name and alongside it acted with similar emotions that were associated with the device. Yuto Gato then proceeded to conduct several experiments in which he kidnapped pregnant women in an attempt to manipulate the Jail's Mimicry and produce a new Execution Girl, Iron Maiden.[2]
Following the birth of Gallows, Yuto Gato had the Execution Girls kill all other Massacre Pink girls on the surface in order to cause further destruction upon the surface.
After noticing that the only individuals capable of standing up to the Execution Girls were other Blood Maidens, Yuto Gato set out to find ways to boost the strength of the Execution Girls, eventually coming up with the Gore Suit.[3]
The Gore Suit is a piece of machinery that enhances a Blood Maiden's natural ability by allowing them constant access to the power granted by Massacre Mode. Following the creation of the Gore Suit, The Execution Girls all gained blue eyes and gray skin, as well as their signature weapons.
Pyre is the only member of Massacre Pink who was not originally a Blood Maiden. Pyre was originally a young girl by the name of Rachel who resided in the Licard Tower alongside her adoptive sisters Rileyand Ellie. Rachel would end up being captured by Guillotine, and turned into a Blood Maiden by Yuto Gato.[4]

Massacre Pink are first introduced when they attack the Dawn upon them all reaching the surface. After each of the groups attempt to fight them back, Hikari warps each of them to 3 of the nearby Jails.
Pyre, the weakest of the Massacre Pink members, ends up being warped to the Licard Tower alongside Clara and the rest of her party. Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty manage to befriend Pyre, and have them work alongside them.[5]
Each of the 3 parties encounter one member of Massacre Pink as they make their way through the Jails, though they fight them they are unable to do lasting damage to them, and they all escape.
After reaching the Devouring Armada Tower, each party encounters a member of Massacre Pink once again, and are successful in heavily wounding them all. Before any of them are able to get information from them, Yuto Gato grabs them through the walls of the Devouring Armada Tower, and morphs them all into a single Nightmare. After the Core on Licard Island is destroyed, the Massacre Pink Nightmare is defeated, with it falling down some sort of hatch and then being presumed to have died. It reappears after Yuto Gato is defeated in battle, though it does not try to attack anyone.
Yuto Gato, after being exposed as Massacre Pink's Master, fights the three parties by equipping himself with a Gore Suit created using the other members of Massacre Pink. And following his defeat, leaps from the top of the Devouring Armada Tower.

- All of the Execution Girls are marked with a roman numeral somewhere on their body, presumably to establish a hierarchy between them based on the respective age and strength of its members.
- Guillotine, being the oldest among all of Massacre Pink, has the roman numeral "I" on her sword and as a hairpin to indicate that she is the oldest of the group, as well as the strongest.
