The Metropolitan Nightmare is the Nightmare that roams the Metropolitan Office. Its true identity is unknown, however it is a peculiar Nightmare due to the area that it resides in and that it breaks its own core.
Its especially hard to get information on, due to it not appearing in the Jail Creature Manual.
Its attacks are called ??? and ???? and their effects cause the confusion and skill seal debuffs.

Its appearance resembles that of Otsuu, with its bamboo theme and its exposed form's needles are reminiscent of Licard Island's walls and the E. Nightmare's weapons. It also resembles the E. Nightmare by them both being comprised of mostly eyes.
All of this is, however, no more than speculation.
