Toh is a Blood Youth that appears in Mary Skelter: Finale.

Toh is a Blood Youth that awoke on the surface some time ago. He has no memory of his life, even of his own name, and the only things he can remember are his lost wife, his Blood Youth abilities, and a connection to the Jail.
Toh's primary motivation throughout the story is finding his lost wife, who he describes as having long blonde hair, and wearing a golden barrette.
His party includes himself, Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Thumbelina, Snow White, Kaguya, Jabberwock, Kunai and Towa.

In Chapter 4, it is revealed that Toh is a Mimicry of Professor Tohjima or Snark when he was much younger, with his Mary Gun and Blood Youth abilities derived from Jack. During the ending, Toh gains some parts of Tohjima's memory, and realizes that his disdain for Jack was based on Tohjima's envy towards him, as Jack became a natural leader among the Blood Maidens and in the end worked alongside them to undo his plans. Toh then proceeds to merge with the Devouring Armada Tower, and realizes that the wife he had been searching for was the AI inside of the Jail.
Toh's resemblance to Tohjima was what caused Red Riding Hood to name him as such, though she did not realize the similarities at first.

- Toh shares his Japanese voice actor with Jack.
- Toh's name has many different meanings depending upon the kanji. Some of the most common interpretations of his name are written as 十 (ten), 銃 (gun), and 寿 (longevity)
- In Japanese, Toh's name is read as "Juu". Tohjima's name in Japanese (十島) can be read as "Juushima", which hints at his connection to Tohjima just like in English.
